Business Outlook
Pros
Rocket Mortgage works to do the right thing for clients and for its people. Business isn't easy and things aren't always perfect but over 10 years I have so much trust that the company is genuinely trying to come from the right place. Upside mobility is also a huge benefit or Rocket. Many enter in junior roles and rise to executive level roles internally.
Cons
Direct to consumer businesses that sway with the market can be stressful and tough to navigate. Rocket handles these market challenges as well as anyone though.
