Pros
Compensation is very good if you are willing to invest the time. You will work most weekends to be successful, so if you can do 55-65 hour weeks, and you are a decent at communicating, then you will love it here. The culture can be incredible, it is 90% indicative of who your direct leader is, for how the culture is portrayed to you.
Cons
If you aren't willing to work invest the 55-65 hours/week, it will be very uncomfortable, and you will likely not be happy long term. When the market turns this could change, but as long as we are in a time of scarcity in the mind of RKT Z team leadership, this is how things will roll. This was not always the case, but has been since many top execs have retired/left the org.
