Pros

- Gain a lot of experience if you volunteer/are willing to do the work - Looks good on the resume (if you are working a salary role...a family member of mine worked in production and that experience didn't translate as well) - Health insurance/benefits are good. I think maternity leave is 3 months? - Some departments are better than others...Looking at you, technology, - CEO seems cool

Cons

- In my 2 years, I got no pay raise or title adjustment. Not because I could not do the job, I was doing the same work as senior level team members, but due to internal politics at play (Layoffs, re-structures, etc). - No flexibility or remote friendly atmosphere. This depends on your department. - I was working 9 am - 6 pm, plus time on the weekend or responding after hours while Salary and not getting paid more. - Sometimes, more like a high school club than a business in a trillion dollar market.

Pros

Health Benefits; Remote Availability; Base Salary

Cons

Leadership is lost, Heather Lovier at the helm is driving banking force to the ground. Many bankers going on leave and quitting. Constant change in comp plan for the worse in a difficult rate environment with high inflation in the economy is a recipe for disaster. Team leaders are scared of their own shadows, no say in direction while upper leadership stare at spreadsheets to make decisions instead of having a real pulse on what’s really happening on the front line. Banker morale at an all time low.
