Pros
Overall collegial atmosphere within the overall organization. ISMs (when respected/followed by senior leadership) can help provide clarity into the WHY behind many business decisions. Love my teammates and immediate leadership.
Cons
Director-level and up is RIFE with WHO is right, not WHAT is right. Pay is abysmal. Depending on the role, you'll nearly double your salary doing the same thing elsewhere. Benefits are mid to bottom tier in terms of corporate offerings. Director-level and up tenure is shockingly long (10+yrs), while rank-and-file & team leader tenure is 2-3yrs at most. This reeks of cronyism and it's evident in many business areas. New CEO (Varun Krishna) seems to be stripping the org for parts and streamlining. Business areas like RKT Homes, Loans, and other niche, low-revenue generating areas should likely dust off their resumes. Compensation philosophy is to hire kids fresh out of school or folks in career transitions who don't know how poorly they're paid and milk them for as long as possible. Once you're spent, they'll lay you off with a meager severance.
