I started at IHR 3 months ago, it has been a home away from home for me, and I’m super happy with my decision to join. I love the size of the company, it almost feels like a startup, yet still has the same benefits as other large QL family of companies. Even as a new start, my opinions mattered, I got to learn things hands-on, and I can see the impact I’ve already made in such a short period of time. All the team members and leaders are super welcoming and supportive, and extremely talented as well. It’s a very open and encouraging environment. The transition was easy, and I couldn't have asked for more.
