Horrible company - Technician Rocket Lab Employee Review

- horrible management - Terrible remuneration. Even worse for waged workers. Bonuses are not distributed evenly. Is based on how much you can schmooze rather than how hard you work. Have been told it’s based on overtime but heavily rewards people who know how to manipulate the system (do nothing during the day and are busy after hours) rather than those who are actually efficient at their job. - you are expected to bend over backwards for years and when you say no you are told to be more flexible. - no path forward for career progression. They say there is banding but it is very subjective to what your manager “observes”
