Pros
You work for a company that is moving forward in an already compelling industry with some of the best folks I ever had the pleasure of working alongside. The process is interesting, and the facility is overall really cool. They're very willing to listen to your suggestions, and are open to new ideas of how to improve the overall flow of the cleanrooms and process. There's lot of room to grow as well, management is very open to you moving departments if you'd like (assuming you have the necessary qualifications), and they pay close attention to how well you work, and are very open about promotions. I only left due to personal reasons, and had to move states. Otherwise I would absolutely still be there now.
Cons
You wear a lot of hats working in manufacturing. Sometimes you're helping out validation, sometimes warehouse, etc. This isn't necessarily a bad thing though if you have the right mindset, since the experience goes a long way.
