      Pros

      Great place to work if you get lucky with the manager. Teams are the best. Good planning of projects that is why we have work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. Benefits are not great. Maternity and paternity leaves are different for citizens and non-citizens (only 2 paternity leaves for non-citizens).

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
