Pros

Rockwell has an amazing history of being a leader in their space. They have loyal customers and overall the culture is one of collaboration and sharing. The model of the distribution network is the most successful and when your territory wins, so do you. The commission payout is prompt and you don't have to fight too hard for it.

Cons

For many years, RA has tried to reinvent themselves, only to ultimately fail. Between acquisitions and partnerships to creating new departments to drive new revenue. Ultimately, it's unsuccessful because they are too stuck-in-their old ways and leadership doesn't know how to change. New leadership was brought in, only to be set up to fail. So, as long as they stick to their roots, they continue to do well as a company. Be wary of any position that is new to the organization and business model.

Pros

Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Cons

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
