      Great employees in the company. Good opportunities to have challenging roles and projects. Good leadership team. World class products. Excellent reputation.

      Cons

      The average work force age is older. The mentorship program is under utilized. Fewer opportunities to have leadership roles in the company.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
