Career Opportunities, Work/Life Balance, You are allowed to work from home if you have the right work situation. And you can network with thousands of others to put yourself in a position you want to be in.
Cons
Recognition & Feedback could be better. For example only a small quota of 'highest achievement' job reviews can be given each year, yet no one knows exactly what must be done to attain this review. Only that you have to really fight to give this to an employee as a manager. Frustrating from an employee's perspective as well as a manager's.
