      Pros

      Opportunity to grow and develop. Work was meaning full. Benefits were in line with most companies but kept increasing every year.

      Cons

      Layoffs were random and did no have rhyme or reason. Lots of job moved out of country. Some goals were out of your control.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
