Pros
The people there are friendly, the work isn't terribly overwhelming (though it's easy to get caught up in the drama of the moment), and management was relatively nice.
Cons
It did get stressful around quarter/year-end, but that's to be expected. There were some long days/nights at times. There was some favoritism/nepotism shown from management toward the male employees they play football with.
