      Pros

      Work/life balance. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      Poor advancement for hard working employees. Management ignores bad behavior and swept aside. Poor moral among employees from unethical managers. Treatment of women and minorities is from the 1960s.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
