Pros
- Early career development programs are a good way to start - Opportunities for young engineers to move around in the company
Cons
- Lots of layers to management - Management seems to move around too much, getting little accomplished - Old school, conservative culture and employees - Reporting structures can make it difficult to influence others - Benefits are so-so, every year health care coverage goes down, no more pensions, 401k is 50% match up to 6% of what employee puts in (...so only 3% company contribution)
