7yHi – thank you for your feedback. Rockwell is in the process of shifting to Agile and transforming. Our progress varies from area to area – when you have 1000s of customers and mission critical products with long life cycles – it may impact certain areas more than others. Change is hard in general, but the company is committed to the journey and it was one of the reasons I was excited to join. Any larger company is going to have growing pains and constraints, but we are on it and honestly we will never be done. We will need our employees to help us to continue to move forward and evolve.
