Rockwell Automation Response

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your thoughts. It is open and honest feedback like this that will help Rockwell Automation continue to strengthen the culture we expect everyone to experience each and every day. There’s a lot of change happening both in our HR organization and across our company. As the new Senior Vice President of HR, I am truly interested in hearing the feedback from all of our employees. Glassdoor is one of the platforms that provide us with information on our employee’s experience however another way is our Global Voices employee engagement survey. The 2019 survey results became available this week and over 20,000 employees around the world participated. The results will provide the leadership with insights about the areas of opportunity, and how we can make things better together. My initial impressions are that we are making great strides to be a competitive company for all talent, but we can always do better. While that may not have been your experience, it’s a priority for me and our leaders to create a culture where all employees feel valued and welcome. I wish you the best on your new career. – Karen Keegans
