Thanks for taking the time to provide your perspective. We strive to achieve a workforce that reflects the communities where we live and work, and as you’ve noted, we're not there yet. The good news is that our leaders are committed, and our overall progress in representation of women globally and people of color in the U.S. has been increasing year over year. Progress is stronger in some departments than in others – we continuously look to leverage where we have had success, and address areas where we have opportunities to improve. I am proud that we have Inclusion Change Teams working in every business and function to remove barriers to inclusion. If you are not familiar with this team, or who to contact, please contact me at mmatthai@ra.rockwell.com. I’d be happy to chat about any other ideas you have to create a more diverse and inclusive environment at Rockwell Automation.

Pros

Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Cons

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
