      traditional, loyal, fair. good benifits and competitive salary, provides training for freshers. gives importance to employees

      Cons

      not quick, less pressure, so you dont learn much. lot of chages in between projects. Experimentation with management.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
