      Pros

      able to work on different technologies, pay is ok but it's much lower then competitor.

      Cons

      the company is stuck using old systems and won't approve funding for better tools which can promote productivity.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
