Pros
Pay and benefits are good, and I learned alot about some systems in a short time period
Cons
The worst work-life balance I've ever experienced, partially due to extremely high turnover in my department. Management doesn't seem to care at all and just keeps piling on more work. This mentality is the same throughout my whole location. Some people are working 7 days a week. Alot of management directives are completely unrealistic and they don't give us the information needed to even start executing those goals.
