      Pros

      Rockwell offers great pay and benefits. Most co-workers are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      IT support is so bad most try to solve their own issues before calling. Folks in charge of systems implementation do not listen to field office input before rolling out new programs causing reduced productivity.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
