Pros
Customers always came first. Team work mentality with other employees or departments was outstanding. Managers were flexible with personal or family appointments. Consistent training done on a continuous basis for upgrades or procedure changes. Managers highly knowledgeable in all aspects of their division.
Cons
International inter-company communications regarding direction/action were sometimes slow in urgent situations. Not always allowed extra vacation time off during Christmas and New Year when most other departments were always off. Of course it does depend on ones position though and what they do.
