      Friendly environment for all minorities, all ages, all colors and all religions. Possibility for development is great. Hi ethics and values. Excellent work hour flexibility.

      Cons

      Compensations are average. Could improve on appreciations.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
