Pros
Not only do they say they are ethical and care about their employees, but they show it too. From rewarding employees who fight corruption to paying their salaried engineers overtime when not legally required. There hasn't been a day when I was sitting around at my desk waiting for work to show up. They provide a very clear path for progressing in your career.
Cons
Just went through a stint of mandatory overtime with another stint on the horizon. Not all of it is the company's fault though. Some of the processes used require a lot of overhead for seemingly little value.
