      Pros

      Great people on the floor to work with. Very solid work hours and a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      Hard work does not pay off. Bad yearly merit increases. Overall not a bad place to work for though.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
