      - Remote work flexibility - Good work/life balance - Opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Management, especially on the software side of the business, has their head disconnected from their body. Even amongst senior leadership, nobody seems to be on the same page which leads to A LOT of wasted energy, effort, and resources. Changes, even the most glaringly obvious ones that need to be made, take forever to enact.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
