      good compensation not many office politics and high visibility with high level management motivation to chase the end goal is there. the more you perform the more you earn highly matrix organization which can get you visibility with managements

      working hours demand and pressure from management need to do a lot of multitask

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
