      Salary value very low ,in 10years salary only$1500 basic,No OT but told with new staff have a lot OT can do ,Management no good

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
