Pros

Decent entry level job to the construction and painting industry. I would interface directly with clients as well as field team team to organize and schedule interactions between both groups. Business was looking to expand into more competitive markets meant that work was always ready. Owner was deeply involved and could be reached out and spoken to at most times, or at the very latest the next business day which was nice, as it allowed for witnessing direct contributions. Would preform other duties as required, including helping with responsibilities of other positions.

Cons

7am-5pm was standard working time. Often times It felt was though there was internal disagreements which made the workload often would have directive confusion.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here. The team is solid, everyone works hard, and people genuinely help each other out when needed. The pay is good and it’s based on what you bring to the table…if you show up, work hard, and do quality work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. One thing I appreciate is there’s not a lot of BS. Expectations are clear, management is straightforward, and everyone is focused on getting the job done right. It’s a fast-paced environment at times, but it makes the days go by quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re willing to put in the effort and take pride in what you do.

Cons

Not the biggest early bird so waking up early was a big transition at first
