Pros

In job training Easygoing and fun coworkers Generally easy work

Cons

Overworking and burnout is super common. Usual employment time for a new employee is 4-5 months, then they quit. Some supplies not given, meant to be bought Management can be super nit-picky for the sake of penny pinching or time management

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here. The team is solid, everyone works hard, and people genuinely help each other out when needed. The pay is good and it’s based on what you bring to the table…if you show up, work hard, and do quality work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. One thing I appreciate is there’s not a lot of BS. Expectations are clear, management is straightforward, and everyone is focused on getting the job done right. It’s a fast-paced environment at times, but it makes the days go by quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re willing to put in the effort and take pride in what you do.

Cons

Not the biggest early bird so waking up early was a big transition at first
