Very inexperienced leadership group, who promotes based on personal relationships rather than skillset or level of success. Management often lies or obfuscates about things that have a direct impact on employee pay. Turnover is extremely high, pay raises are minimal, as are bonuses, but company profits (allegedly) have never been higher.
