Pros
Company is very family oriented, upper level management knows who hourly employees are and care about their families. Majority of the management genuinely care about safety and keeping it at the forefront of production.
Cons
Middle level management care more about production and how their numbers look, then about their employees safety. Mid level management also follow a do as I say, not as I do style of leadership. hourly employee pay is severely lacking while management pay continues to rise.
