Pros

Extremely nice staff and only 30 min drive from home. Hourly pay is competitive with new pay increases/bonuses/vacations coming soon. I’ll be home everyday and finally have some great health insurance for my family.

Cons

Long hours, beginners have to train on day shift then immediately move to night shift afterwards.
