Pros

Rokt really cares about it's people and it shows, they put on great events and help their people grow in their roles. They provide a lot of information and encourage career development. They also have a great market sense and a killer business. They also have tons of really smart people working on a great product.

Cons

There is lots of churn, from top to bottom, both in terms of shifting priorities, shifting org charts, shifting product, roadmap, etc... While each of these on their own isn't bad, too much of it all at once causes friction. And it's a pervasive systemic issue throughout the company. Though I understand the need to move fast, test things that don't work, and shift your focus if it doesn't work out. Recently acquired a lot of new talent and had huge hiring push, just to lay off remote workers and start a hiring freeze. This sort of misstep is a signal of issues with long term strategic planning.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
