Pros

I think Rokt is at the very front of a long list of global organizations readying itself for the AI future. Our training, access, and speed of change in this AI era are phenomenal. My career development and my value in the market is exponentially higher now than it was when I started with Rokt. It's a business growing at 30% each year, and as a shareholder, my net wealth creation is a real distinguishing factor on this role versus roles I could get elsewhere. The expectations are very high at Rokt. They are also very transparent. It's a sort of environment that I enjoy being part of.

Cons

We're trying to do something no one's done before, and that can be tiring. Rokt clearly isn't for everyone, and that's okay. There is definitely a relentlessness here and an expectation that we will continue to stretch ourselves. On great days, that's great. On challenging days, that can be hard.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
