- very toxic management
- cannot question back and have to accept decisions, solutions, architecture handed down from top level
- have to take full blame for failure even though it happened because of the handed down decision
- awful work life balance and then no reward or recognition
- highly driven by fear and politics, management seems to be vengeful and vindictive
- the platform is not self serve so there is not that many interesting problems of scale
- seen too many smart people having the worst time even though they gave their all and eventually leaving
- surveys are not anonymous and your response will have repercussions
- not a very inclusive environment
- have to constantly sell yourself and step over others or else you will get crushed
