Pros

this is my first time writing a review like this. I got fired up after reading some of the recent BS here from someone that clearly didn't make the cut and is no longer with rokt. I started as a junior sales role and over a couple of years have been promoted a few times to a senior role in BD. it took a while to get the product and find my grove am I am now banking great money. we are all owners in rokt and the price is going up super fast. the business is doing very well and there are no real competitors. it is on track to more than double in size this year. + lots of cash in the bank and profitable. incredibly smart group of people that like to have a lot of fun and the new offices in New York are the best I have ever seen. the leadership and board are engaged and care. do your own homework - they all had a lot of success before rokt. they listens to feedback and look for ways to improve things

Cons

rapid growth leads to a lot of changes and some mistakes timezones between Sydney and New York mean the day can stretch challenging and fast paced is not for everyone

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
