      - Learn from and be supported by smart people - The company is in hyper-growth mode, which comes with a lot of new experiences and intellectually challenging problems to solve - Great culture underpinned by accountability, having fun, and getting things done - Excited to see where the company is going and building for the e-commerce industry

      Cons

      - Similar to any high growth company, the pace of change is pretty quick, which can be unnerving - Half the company is located in APAC so it could be hard to switch off from work

      My co-workers are very friendly.

      - The miserable culture at Rokt exists because of blatant favoritism from those in charge. - Managers clearly favor certain employees and openly give them opportunities and advantages that everyone else is denied. - Office politics are relentless and exhausting. - The salary is nowhere near enough to justify putting up with any of it.
