I work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams, which allows me to make better decisions. The salary and benefits are pretty solid.

Rokt is easily the worst company I've worked for in my entire career. The founders are not willing to own their mistakes, and everyone else was left dealing with them. Good employees kept leaving, but management doesn't care at all. Most managers cared more about looking good than helping their teams grow. Hard work was easy to overlook unless you were close to the right people. Before accepting a position here, I strongly urge anyone to read the reviews carefully and think twice.
