Pros

You will meet nice people and if you are lucky to have a supportive manager (very few but hopefully will change) you will have decent time here.

Cons

All that glitters is not gold - the pictures and videos make it seem it's a great place to work, but it's all a facade. This company will grind you into a stub, make you anxious, and paranoid. Constant blindside firings, are relentless in pushing people out. Will blame it on "poor performance" but you were never set up for success in the first place. No respect for life outside Rokt, there's a reason why there are very few parents. Decision by executives are made to appease the CEO not what's best for the actual employees. Everyone is scared of the CEO & CCO, and terrified to make mistakes. Management easy to blame when things go wrong vs stand by and assist their teams. Very clique-y, if you are introverted you'll struggle.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We care a great deal about setting up our Rokt'stars for success so we can continue to uphold a high bar for the team. From a parents perspective in particular, we would love to have a conversation with you about the challenges you had with striking a balance between being a parent and working at Rokt. We have a large number of parents inside the organization and want to ensure we are hearing the feedback and actioning changes as appropriate. Please reach out to any of the people partners and we'd welcome the opportunity to hear you out.

Pros

Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. The work is genuinely complex and interesting: you're sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and some of the biggest brands in the world. The caliber of teammates has been consistently high, and the culture pushes you to think bigger and challenge yourself. There's also a real emphasis on building leaders from within, which I've benefited from directly and tried to pay forward with my own team.

Cons

Fast growth means things move quickly and priorities can shift. If you need a lot of structure or predictability, it can feel like a lot. Ambiguity is part of the job, and not everyone thrives in that environment.
