The team is one of the highest EQ teams I've ever been a part of, and I've been doing this for a while. Great upside and growth opportunities. Blue sky/green field. Stability and measured growth, with explosive revenue. Rokt didn't get out over their skis during the pandemic/post pandemic recovery. No layoffs, measured growth and huge potential relative to other pre-IPO/Series-D/E companies.
Cons
You are going to be asked to be proactive and dig in. If you're not the type to raise your hand or look for solutions rather than sit back, there's probably going to be a learning curve.
