      Rokt is a very fast paced and incredibly innovative place to work. Rokt hires smart people to solve really challenging problems. The people really raise the bar and this is a place that can turbo charge your career. You get to work on big accounts with senior clients, which is exciting.

      Cons

      Rokt is constantly changing and evolving, which can be challenging to get your head around if this is your first job. Rokt also prides itself on very direct feedback.

      My co-workers are very friendly.

      - The miserable culture at Rokt exists because of blatant favoritism from those in charge. - Managers clearly favor certain employees and openly give them opportunities and advantages that everyone else is denied. - Office politics are relentless and exhausting. - The salary is nowhere near enough to justify putting up with any of it.
