Pros

They are still not under...barely

Cons

Sinking ship of arrogant, pompous leadership who are former developers who could put a lemon-aid stand out of business. A CFO who is only concerned about how not to pay people and cutting costs to "appear" profitable. No new product in years. Treats customers like garbage, encouraging overages and counting it as ARR. They hire people away from good businesses, and let them go a month in b/c they can't do accounting to know they can't afford them.

Pros

Great product that is improving monthly by focusing on what customers really want and focusing on the problems they have that the company can fix. Great team (all remote), excellent benefits and good pay. The culture is one of hard work and doing what is right for both employees and customers.

Cons

Had a period of slowing growth but a change in the management team to refocus on the product and its core customer has now helped turn the company around and it is doing much better.
