Pros

None. I was the top sales rep, with sales revenue over a million annually. I think I took home 45k?? Thanks a latte.

Cons

I had the misfortune of landing at job at Rollins Customer Service center right after I graduated college. I was put on a "sales" team that had more meetings about "office gossip" than anything of real value. My manager at the time was unqualified to lead any group of people, and probably the most negative person in a leadership role that I have ever encountered. Our job security was threatened on a weekly basis, punitive action was practiced every day, and favoritism was at an all time high. The team even sunk to a low of deleting internal lead forms so their close ratio would be higher. Unethical, unbelievable, talent beware.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of being at Rollins has been the culture and the people, especially working in the corporate office. There’s a genuine effort to make the workplace feel welcoming and fun. Peers do a great job organizing events like Popcorn Wednesdays and celebrating important moments throughout the year, so there’s almost always something going on that brings people together. What also stands out is how much emphasis is placed on recognition. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones don’t go unnoticed, which makes you feel seen and appreciated. Those small gestures go a long way and really help create a sense of community. It makes you feel like the work you’re doing matters and that you’re a valued part of the team.

Cons

I really don’t have many complaints, other than wishing PTO could roll over into future years instead of being use‑it‑or‑lose‑it.

Pros

Remote position after initial training

Cons

Less than equal treatment across the specific team in regard to schedules/shift bidding. Compensation inadequate and far less then equal or fair across the team. Opportunity is not a thing of transparency here for those performing above expectation, but is selective in a teachers pet fashion.
