Pros

World-wide name brand recognition. Nice downtown Indy location and office buildings.

Cons

Senior management obsessed with repeated job cutting and how Wall Street/The City perceive this. Experienced professionals being let go when they concurrently announce they need those skills in a next transformation step--right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Good ol' boy network exists. Experience not appreciated or recognized. Performance management system manipulates ratings to suit the few. Use of a forced distribution ("bell curve") impacts morale. Too little emphasis on goals; too much on behaviors. "Agile workplace" means you have no home desk so you are always searching for a place to work from. Very unusual to many. Promise 10% management bonus but always have excuse not to pay it. This gets old fast and impacts morale too. Very low raises, cannot be competitive.
