      Good collegiate atmosphere Blameless culture (sometimes too much - see below) Good, capable staff (but often not well led - see below)

      Cons

      inconsistent business & product strategy not generating enough cash - including for (overdue) investments haphazard product development poor senior management decision making & action over-promising and under delivering promotions are not always on merit
