Pros

More than fair to employees in terms of salary, benefits, hours and leave. Able to move around the different areas of the company fairly easily. Graduate Scheme gives a good rounded view of different areas of the company. Good support throughout the Grad Scheme should any issues arise. Option to be put onto an accelerated 'leadership scheme' if you're good/committed enough.

Cons

Often overrates its graduates. A lot of effort must be spent learning about the company and how it operates which can slow the development of truly transferable skills. Dogma can get you further than talent. Locations are somewhat limited - Engineers can really only expect Derby (numbers of Bristol grads are small) ME's can expect a number of manufacturing sites, nearly all in the Midlands, the North, and Scotland.
