Some of the managers are really horrible. I joined the company on Monday, was being pressured by Tuesday to work as fast as the others who had been there for 10+ years. I was then being publicly bullied in front of my colleagues on Friday. By Friday evening I had sent an e-mail to HR resigning. This all happened within just 5 days. I needed time to get up to speed with their ways of doing things but they did not even tell me that they had their own tools or how to access or use them.
