Pros

- Everyone was very welcoming from the day I first walked in for my interview! - Interview/Hiring process was fast and clear. - I have everything I need to do my job effectively/efficiently. - The food/drinks in the kitchen is always nice whenever I need a quick snack. - Management is very open/clear with their direction to employees. - Every employee has the opportunity to speak their mind and provide insight on improvements. - The work schedule is very flexible and I am able to do activities outside of work here that I was unable to do elsewhere. - Weekly/Biweekly company happy hours. - Many people at the company have a background and experience in Real Estate. - Office is very convenient for Bart. - Downtown Oakland office. - Team & Collaborative Environment - work closely with peers on projects - Full Benefits, including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Commuter Benefits, Unlimited Vacation/PTO, Equity in growing Company - Company Outings - went to A's game together yesterday - Management recognizes individual accomplishments and growth - Management supports employees on personal endeavors

Cons

- Roofstock is still a small company, moving quickly with changes daily. If you need consistency in your routine, this would not be a good fit for you. - Parking can be difficult and at least $12/day downtown. - Food options in area of office are expensive. - Down time or repeated work between projects when working to find best path

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down, constant layoffs, extremely heavy workloads, they have real problems in their systems and processes that prevent you from successfully doing your job and then criticize you for not performing, unrealistic expectations, angry colleagues because everyone is deeply unhappy
